Local Cheese Selection

1/4 Sharpham Brie (300g). Buttercup yellow with fresh milk from our Jersey herd, it is a mould ripened cheese, firm, rich and creamy when young, softening with mushroomy notes and a chicory finish with age.

220g Sharpham Rustic. Crumbly texture, golden colour and a delicate, slightly citrus flavour,

200g Devon Blue. Devon Blue is made with cows’ milk collected locally in the South Hams, it has the richness and sweetness of cow’s milk but is flinty, minerally and light, being aged for four months.

180g Hawkridge Vintage.  Matured for 15 months, this Vintage Cheddar has a delicious flavour all of its own. Suitable for vegetarians.
